1/3 cup | 78ml | Oil - olive |
3 lbs | 1362g / 48oz | Tomatoes - peeled, seeded and |
Chopped | ||
1/2 cup | 20g / 0.7oz | Mint leaves - fresh, chopped |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Salt |
Prepare pasta as directed on package - drain. |
Meanwhile, cook and stir garlic in hot oil until golden brown. Stir in tomatoes, mint and salt. Cook over low heat 5 minutes or until heated through. Serve over pasta.
