1 cup | 237ml | Nonfat dry milk |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Basil - 1 clove garlic |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Salt - dash of pepper |
1/4 cup | 59ml | Grated parmesan |
1/2 cup | 73g / 2.6oz | Diced zucchini |
1/2 cup | 73g / 2.6oz | Broccoli flowerettes |
1/2 cup | 118ml | Sliced mushrooms |
1/4 cup | 15g / 0.5oz | Chopped onions |
1/4 cup | 59ml | Frozen peas |
1 oz | 28g | Fat free ham - julienned |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Sliced pimentos |
1 cup | 237ml | Uncooked pasta twists |
In Saucepan, Boil Milk, Basil, Salt & Pepper. in Cup Mix Cornstarch& Water. Add To Milk & Boil, Stirring Constantly. Stir in Parmesan& Cover. Cook Pasta According To Package Directions. in Skillet, Saute Garlic, Zucchini, Broccoli, Mushrooms, Onions & Ham in Oil Until Tender. Add Peas, Pimentos & Pasta & Heat. Pour Sauce Over, Toss & Serve Immediately.
