| 2 tablespoons | 30ml | Sesame oil |
| 1/2 lb | 227g / 8oz | Chicken breast - sliced |
| 4 | Scallions - sliced | |
| 12 oz | 340g | Spicy sesame linguine |
| 1/2 cup | 118ml | Chicken broth |
| 3 tablespoons | 45ml | Soy sauce |
| 1 tablespoon | 15ml | Sherry |
| 1 tablespoon | 15ml | Sugar |
| 1 tablespoon | 15ml | Cornstarch |
| 1/2 tablespoon | 7.5ml | Chili sauce |
| 1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Garlic powder |
| 1 tablespoon | 15ml | Hoisin sauce |
| 1 tablespoon | 15ml | Minced ginger |
| 1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Salt |

Combine sauce ingredients. Spray skillet with nonstick cooking spray. Add oil & heat. Stir fry chicken until it begins to lose raw color. Add scallions. Add sauce.
