Recipe Ingredients

1   Onion; peeled - chopped (small)
4 tablespoons 60mlExtra virgin olive oil
4   Garlic;peeled - minced
3 cups 187g / 6.6ozCanned italian tomatoes
10   Basil leaves - julienned
2 tablespoons 30mlChopped italian parsley
3   Cannellini beans - (16oz ea)
  Undrained
5 cups 1185mlWater
  Salt and pepper to taste

Recipe Instructions

Saute onion in olive oil until soft. Add garlic and saute 1 minute. Add tomatoes, basil and parsley. Cook over medium-high heat 5 minutes, stirring. Add beans with their liquid and the water.
