Lettuce With Sour-Cream Dressing Recipe - Cooking Index
1/2 cup | 118ml | Sour cream |
1/4 cup | 59ml | Cider vinegar |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Salt |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Pepper |
6 | Scallions - sliced | |
1 | Lettuce head |
Mix together the sour cream, vinegar, salt, pepper and scallions.
Tear (don't cut) the lettuce into small pieces and pour the dressing over it. Toss. Serves 4.
