3 tablespoons | 45ml | Olive oil |
4 tablespoons | 60ml | Garlic cloves - minced (large) |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Onion - chopped (medium) |
1 cup | 237ml | Mushrooms - sliced |
4 cups | 584g / 20oz | Broccoli rabe - (rappini) |
9 oz | 255g | Fresh pasta - (linguini), cooked |
3/4 cup | 109g / 3.8oz | Parmesan or romano cheese |
Saute' garlic, onion and mushrooms in olive oil, until golden. Wash and chop the broccoli rabe (rappini). Steam over boiling water for 5 minutes. Toss with cooked pasta, saute'ed garlic mixture and grated cheese. Serve hot. 6-8 servings.
