Mueller's Mandarin Turkey Salad Recipe - Cooking Index
1/2 cup | 118ml | Sour cream |
1/4 cup | 59ml | Plain lowfat yogurt |
1/4 cup | 59ml | Orange juice |
1 3/4 teaspoons | 8.8ml | Curry powder |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Grated orange peel |
1/8 teaspoon | 0.6ml | Pepper |
1/2 cup | 31g / 1.1oz | Green onions - sliced |
7 oz | 198g | Mueller's pasta ruffles - cooked, drained, rin |
With cold water | ||
4 oz | 113g | Smoked turkey or chicken - breast; cut in thin |
3 | Oranges; peeled - sectioned |
In large bowl combine sour cream, yogurt, orange juice, curry powder orange peel and pepper. Add pasta ruffles, turkey, oranges and green onions. Toss to coat well. Cover; chill.
