1/2 cup | 31g / 1.1oz | Minced onions |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Chicken fat |
1 1/2 cups | 93g / 3.3oz | Ground cooked meat |
1/2 cup | 80g / 2.8oz | Cooked rice |
1 | Egg | |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Salt |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Pepper |
Lightly brown the onions in the fat. Add the meat, rice, egg, salt and pepper, mixing until smooth. Place on dough.
