1/4 | Eden spaghetti | |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Eden olive oil |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Onion - chopped (large) |
2 | Garlic - chopped | |
2 | Celery - chopped | |
1 | Potato - chopped (medium) | |
4 cups | 948ml | Water |
1 | Eden diced tomatoes - - with green chilies | |
1 | Eden kidney beans - or any eden canned b | |
1 | Red pepper - chopped | |
1/4 cup | 4g / 0.1oz | Cilantro - chopped |
(optional) | ||
3 tablespoons | 45ml | Eden shoyu |
Cook spaghetti as package directs, set aside. Heat oil, saute onions and garlic until onions are translucent. Add potato, celery and water, simmer until vegetables are tender. Add tomatoes, beans and red peppers, simmer 2 minutes. Add cilantro and shoyu.
