Manestra (Pasta) Recipe - Cooking Index
| 6 cups | 1422ml | Lamb - (or chicken) broth |
| 16 oz | 454g | Manestra or rice |
| 16 oz | 454g | Tomato bits |
| 1/2 cup | 73g / 2.6oz | Romano cheese - grated |
Combine lamb broth, manestra, and tomato bits; cook over medium heat for 20 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese, and serve.
