Honeyed Carrots Recipe - Cooking Index
3 tablespoons | 45ml | Butter or fat |
4 cups | 440g / 15oz | Sliced carrots |
3 tablespoons | 45ml | Orange juice |
1 1/2 teaspoons | 7.5ml | Salt |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Ginger |
4 tablespoons | 60ml | Honey |
Combine all the ingredients in a saucepan. Cover and cook over low heat 25 minutes, stirring occasionally. Serves 6.
