| 2 | Kirby cucumbers - peeled, halved, | |
| And seeded | ||
| 1/4 cup | 10g / 0.4oz | (packed) Watercress leaves |
| Grated lime rind and lime juice | ||
| 1/4 cup | 59ml | Sour cream - or more to taste |
| Salt - to taste | ||
| Tabasco sauce - to taste |
Blend cucumbers, watercress leaves, lime and lime juice with sour cream. Season with salt and Tabasco sauce.
This recipe yields 1 cup of sauce.
