| 1 1/4 cups | 296ml | Mayonnaise | 
| 3 tablespoons | 45ml | Wine vinegar | 
| 1 tablespoon | 15ml | Prepared mustard | 
| 1 tablespoon | 15ml | Finely chopped parsley | 
| 1 | Garlic - minced | |
| 1 cup | 62g / 2.2oz | Chopped tomatoes | 
| 1 cup | 237ml | Fresh sliced mushrooms | 
| 1 cup | 237ml | Thinly sliced zucchini | 
| 1 cup | 237ml | Thinly sliced pepperoni - (4, oz) | 
| 1/2 cup | 73g / 2.6oz | Chopped green pepper | 
| 1/4 cup | 15g / 0.5oz | Chopped onion | 
Prepare spaghetti according to package directions. Rinse and drain in cold water. In a small bowl, stir together next 5 ingredients. Set aside. In a large bowl mix together remaining ingredients. Add dressing, toss well to coat. Cover and chill for 2 hours.
