Green Noodle Pudding Recipe - Cooking Index
4 | Egg yolks | |
4 tablespoons | 60ml | Chopped scallions |
1 1/2 cups | 219g / 7.7oz | Cooked chopped spinach |
1/2 lb | 227g / 8oz | Fine noodles - cooked and drained |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Salt |
4 | Egg whites - stiffly beaten |
Beat the egg yolks, then stir in the scallions, spinach, noodles and salt. Fold in the egg whites. Pour into a 1 1/2-quart greased baking dish.
Bake in a 350 degree oven 30 minutes. Serve hot with meat or dairy dishes. Serves 4 to 6.
