Confetti Mac'n Cheese Recipe - Cooking Index
1/4 cup | 15g / 0.5oz | Chopped onion |
1/4 cup | 36g / 1.3oz | Chopped green pepper |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Margarine or butter |
1 lb | 454g / 16oz | Pasteurized process cheese - spread, cubed |
1/2 cup | 118ml | Milk |
2 cups | 474ml | Elbow macaroni - cooked, drained (7 oz) |
Saute vegetables in margarine until tender. Reduce heat to low. Add process cheese spread and milk; stir until process cheese spread is melted. Stir in macaroni. Spoon into 2 quart casserole. Bake at 350 for 15 minutes. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese if desired.
