Cold Pasta Salad Recipe - Cooking Index
1/2 lb | 227g / 8oz | Pasta - corkscrew |
1/4 cup | 59ml | Pesto sauce |
2 | Tomatoes - chopped | |
Black pepper | ||
2 | Garlic - crushed | |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Pine nuts |
3 tablespoons | 45ml | Fresh parsley - chopped |
1/4 cup | 59ml | Olive oil |
1/4 cup | 59ml | Lemon juice |
Cook pasta as directed then chill in ice water and drain. Combine all ingredients and chill before serving.
