Cilantro Pesto Recipe - Cooking Index
1 1/2 cups | 24g / 0.8oz | Fresh cilantro - firm packed |
1/2 cup | 118ml | Parsley - firmly packed |
1/2 cup | 73g / 2.6oz | Parmesan cheese |
1/2 cup | 118ml | Vegetable oil |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Salt |
3 | Garlic | |
1/4 cup | 59ml | Pine nuts - 1 oz |
Place all ingredients in food processor workbowl fitted with steel blade or in a blender container; cover and process until well blended. Makes about 1 1/4 cups Pesto
