Fruit Pies - Cherry Filling Recipe - Cooking Index
2 | Sour red cherries - (# 2) - drained | |
1 cup | 198g / 7oz | Sugar |
1/8 teaspoon | 0.6ml | Salt |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Flour |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Almond extract |
Mix together all the ingredients. Fill the pie. Cover with top crust.
Bake in a 400 degree oven 45 minutes or until browned.
