Chicken Cacciatore W/Linguini Recipe - Cooking Index

2 teaspoons | 10ml | Olive oil |
6 | Green onions | |
40 | Garlic - sliced thin | |
Sauce | ||
6 oz | 170g | Tomato paste |
1/2 cup | 118ml | Dry white wine OR |
1/4 cup | 59ml | Dry white cooking wine |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Pepper |
3/4 cup | 177ml | Chicken stock |
1 | Bay leaf | |
1/8 teaspoon | 0.6ml | Sweet marjoram |
1 cup | 237ml | Mushrooms - sliced |
Saute chicken in olive oil, green onions and garlic. Mix together the remaining ingredients for the sauce. Simmer chicken in sauce 1 hour covered. Serve with cooked linguini, rice or potatoes or other pasta
