Fruit Pies - Berry Filling Recipe - Cooking Index
4 cups | 948ml | Blueberries, raspberries, or blackberries |
3/4 cup | 148g / 5.2oz | Sugar |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Flour |
2 teaspoons | 10ml | Lemon juice |
1/8 teaspoon | 0.6ml | Nutmeg |
Mix together all the ingredients. Fill the pie. Cover with top crust.
Bake in a 400 degree oven 45 minutes or until browned.
