1/4 cup | 59ml | Olive oil |
4 cups | 584g / 20oz | Shallots - chopped fine (medium) |
1/4 cup | 59ml | American golden caviar |
1 1/2 tablespoons | 22ml | Fresh chives - finely chopped |
Cooked angel hair pasta |
In a medium skillet, heat the oil with the shallots over moderate heat. As soon as the shallots sizzle, pour them with the oil over individual servings of pasta. Top each serving with a dollop of caviar and a sprinkling of chives.
