French Toast Recipe - Cooking Index
2 | Eggs | |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Salt |
1/4 cup | 59ml | Light cream |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Sugar |
4 | White bread | |
4 tablespoons | 60ml | Butter |
Beat together the eggs, salt, cream and sugar. Dip the bread in the mixture.
Fry in the butter until browned on both sides. Serve with jelly, syrup or cinnamon-sugar. Serves 2.
