12 | Frankfurters | |
4 | Boiled potatoes - peeled and diced | |
3 | Onions - sliced | |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Fat |
3 | Green peppers - sliced | |
3 | Tomatoes - diced | |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Salt |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Pepper |
Cut the frankfurters into 1-inch slices.
Lightly brown the potatoes and onion in the fat. Add the green peppers and frankfurters. Cook over low heat 5 minutes. Add the tomatoes, salt and pepper. Cover and cook 10 minutes. Serves 6.
