Broccoli With Penne Recipe - Cooking Index
| 2 cups | 292g / 10oz | Broccoli florets |
| 10 | Roasted garlic - minced | |
| Parsley - minced | ||
| 1/2 cup | 118ml | Broth or stock |
| Red pepper flakes | ||
| 1 lb | 454g / 16oz | Penne - cook al dente |
Put broccoli, garlic and stock in pan. Cook until broccoli is tender-crisp. Drain excess stock. Toss with penne and sprinkle with cheese.
