BLT Pasta Salad Recipe - Cooking Index
| 1 | Elbow macaroni - cooked and drained | |
| 8 | Bacon - cooked and crumbled | |
| 1 cup | 237ml | Mayonnaise or salad dressing |
| 1/3 cup | 78ml | Chili sauce |
| 1/4 cup | 59ml | Lemon juice from concentrate |
| 2 teaspoons | 10ml | Instant chicken bouillon |
| 2 teaspoons | 10ml | Sugar |
| 1 teaspoon | 5ml | Tomato - seeded and chopped (large) |
| 1/4 cup | 15g / 0.5oz | Slice green onions |
| 4 cups | 948ml | Thinly sliced lettuce |
In large bowl, combine mayonnaise, chili sauce, lemon juice, bouillon and sugar; stir in macaroni, tomato and onions. Cover; chill. Just before serving, stir in lettuce and bacon. Refrigerate leftovers. Pat Empson
