Bavarian Noodles With Apples Recipe - Cooking Index
2 cups | 396g / 13oz | Uncooked medium - egg noodles (4 oz) |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Margarine or butter |
1 1/2 cups | 355ml | Thinly sliced apples |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Caraway seed |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Honey |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Dijon mustard |
Cook noodles per package. Drain and set aside. Melt margarine in medium skillet over medium-high heat. Add apples and caraway seed; cook until apples are crisp-tender, stirring occasionally. (Don't worry if the apples break up.) Add cooked noodles, honey and mustard; mix lightly. Cook until thoroughly heated. Makes 6 servings.
