Alfredo Sauce (Light Cream) Recipe - Cooking Index
1 cup | 146g / 5.1oz | Cheese - parmesan |
1/2 cup | 99g / 3.5oz | Butter |
1/2 cup | 118ml | Light cream |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Salt |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Pepper |
Start cooking noodles as package directs.
Over a low heat, melt butter and cream in a saucepan. Stir in cheese, parsley, salt and pepper. Reduce heat to low. Drain noodles and pour in serving dish. Pour in sauce and stir gently until noodles are coated.
