| 4 tablespoons | 60ml | Worcestershire |
| 4 tablespoons | 60ml | Sugar |
| 4 cups | 948ml | Water |
| 2 teaspoons | 10ml | Celery seed |
| 2 teaspoons | 10ml | Paprika |
| 4 teaspoons | 20ml | Marjoram |
Bring to boil. Simmer, covered, 4 hrs. Uncover and simmer TWO DAYS, not a minute less.
