Wined Teriyaki Strips

Recipe Ingredients

2 teaspoons 10mlFlank steaks (large)
1 cup 237mlDry white wine
1/2 cup 118mlSoy sauce
1 1/2 tablespoons 22mlMinced onion
1/4 teaspoon 1.3mlMinced garlic
2 tablespoons 30mlLemon juice
2 tablespoons 30mlBrown sugar or honey
10 1/2 oz 298gCanned beef broth
1   Gingerroot piece - (1") crushed

Recipe Instructions

Slice steaks diagonally across grain into 1/4- X 1-inch strips. Place in large bowl. Mix wine, soy sauce, onion, garlic, lemon juice, brown sugar, broth and gingerroot.

Pour over meat and marinate 1 hour, turning 3 or 4 times. Thread on skewers and grill over coals until done as desired.

Makes 30 to 40
