| 2 oz | 56g | Ginger brandy |
| 2 oz | 56g | Honey |
| 1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Accent meat tenderizer |
| 1/3 teaspoon | 1.7ml | Onion powder |
| 1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Ginger |
| 1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Pepper |
| 24 oz | 681g | Hot water |
Combine all ingredients for sauce . Broil tips under broiler.
