Spicy Yogurt Marinade Recipe - Cooking Index
1/4 cup | 36g / 1.3oz | Mint - fresh, finely chopped |
Ginger root - minced (one inch cube) | ||

1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | *garam marsala* or curry powder |
1/2 cup | 31g / 1.1oz | Onion - chopped |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Coriander seeds - ground |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Cardamom - ground |
1 | Cayenne pepper | |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Kosher salt |
1 1/2 cups | 355ml | Yogurt - plain |
Combine the ingredients in a non-reactive bowl.
