Spicy Beer Marinade Recipe - Cooking Index
1 cup | 237ml | Lager beer |
1 cup | 237ml | Beef broth |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Thyme leaves - fresh |
3 | Tomatoes - peeled, seeded, and diced | |
2 teaspoons | 10ml | Worcestershire sauce |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Tabasco sauce |
2 | Bay leaves - crumbled | |
3/4 teaspoon | 3.8ml | Black peppercorns - freshly cracked |
1/4 cup | 36g / 1.3oz | Parsley - chopped fresh |
Combine all of the ingredients in a non-reactive bowl.
