1 cup 237mlBeef broth
1 teaspoon 5mlThyme leaves - fresh
3   Tomatoes - peeled, seeded, and diced
2 teaspoons 10mlWorcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon 5mlTabasco sauce
2   Bay leaves - crumbled
3/4 teaspoon 3.8mlBlack peppercorns - freshly cracked
1/4 cup 36g / 1.3ozParsley - chopped fresh

Recipe Instructions

Combine all of the ingredients in a non-reactive bowl.
