Dairy Noodle Ring Recipe - Cooking Index
1/2 lb | 227g / 8oz | Cream cheese |
2 | Eggs | |
1/4 cup | 49g / 1.7oz | Sugar |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Salt |
3 cups | 711ml | Cooked medium noodles - drained |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Dry bread crumbs |
3 tablespoons | 45ml | Melted butter |
Cream the cheese with the eggs, sugar and salt. Stir in the noodles. Turn into a buttered 9-inch ring mold. Sprinkle with the bread crumbs and butter.
Bake in a 375 degree oven 40 minutes or until browned. Unmold carefully. Serves 6.
