South Texas Chuck-Wagon Rub

Recipe Ingredients

		For Beef
1		Garlic clove - crushed
1 teaspoon	5ml	Seasoned pepper
1 teaspoon	5ml	Ground dried mild chiles
1/4 teaspoon	1.3ml	Cayenne pepper
1 teaspoon	5ml	Seasoned salt

Recipe Instructions

Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Mash until smooth.

Makes about 2 Tbsp.
