1 cup | 237ml | Italian salad dressing |
Wishbone | ||
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Lemon juice |
1/4 cup | 59ml | Soy sauce |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Dijon mustard |
Combine all ingredients and marinate 1/2 chickens for 6-8 hours.
Boneless chicken breasts 2-3 hours. Remove from marinade and pat dry. Sprinkle with Poultry Rub
