Sesame, Mustard Rub Recipe - Cooking Index
1 | Garlic clove - crushed | |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Mustard seeds |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Finely slivered lime peel |
2 teaspoons | 10ml | Lime juice |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Sesame oil |
Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Mash until fairly smooth.
Makes about 3-1/2 Tbsp.
Beef, poultry, pork, lamb, fish.
