Salmon Marinade Recipe - Cooking Index
3 cups | 711ml | Water |
1 cup | 237ml | Soy sauce |
1/3 cup | 53g / 1.9oz | Brown sugar |
1/3 cup | 65g / 2.3oz | White sugar |
1/3 cup | 78ml | Kosher salt |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Onion powder |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Garlic powder |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Pepper |
Stir until ingredients are dissolved. Marinate fillets overnight.
Air dry fillets and smoke as usual.
NOTES : Enough brine for two large Salmon fillets.
