Rosemary And Allspice Rub

Recipe Ingredients

1		Garlic clove - crushed
10		Allspice berries - crushed
1/2 teaspoon	2.5ml	Rosemary leaves, finely chpd
2 tablespoons	30ml	Olive oil

Recipe Instructions

Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Mix until smooth.

Makes about 1/4 cup.
