Recipe Ingredients

2 tablespoons	30ml	Rib eye express brisket rub
12 oz	340g	Beer
1 oz	28g	Onion - grated (medium)
1/2 cup	118ml	Cider vinegar
1/4 cup	59ml	Oil - corn
2		Chipotles chiles
2 tablespoons	30ml	Adobo sauce
2 tablespoons	30ml	Liquid smoke

Recipe Instructions

Combine all ingredients, blend in blender, pour over brisket overnight.
