Red Wine Marinade For Beef Recipe - Cooking Index
1/2 cup | 118ml | Vegetable oil |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Fresh lemon juice |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Black pepper |
1/3 cup | 78ml | Red wine |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Dried thyme |
2 teaspoons | 10ml | Garlic cloves minced (large) |
In measuring cup, whisk together oil, wine lemon juice, thyme, pepper and garlic.
Place beef in plastic bag or shallow glass dish. Pour marinade over top; seal bag refrigerate for 2 to 6 hours.
