Red Wine Marinade For Beef

Recipe Ingredients

1/2 cup 118mlVegetable oil
2 tablespoons 30mlFresh lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon 1.3mlBlack pepper
1/3 cup 78mlRed wine
1/4 teaspoon 1.3mlDried thyme
2 teaspoons 10mlGarlic cloves minced (large)

Recipe Instructions

In measuring cup, whisk together oil, wine lemon juice, thyme, pepper and garlic.

Place beef in plastic bag or shallow glass dish. Pour marinade over top; seal bag refrigerate for 2 to 6 hours.
