Ponderosa Steak Ager Recipe - Cooking Index
| 1/2 cup | 118ml | Ketchup |
| 2 cups | 474ml | Water |
| 1/4 cup | 59ml | Lemon juice |
| 1/4 cup | 59ml | Dark vinegar |
| 1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Smoked salt |
| 1 | Onion - large, wedge cut | |
| 1 cup | 237ml | Corn oil |
| 3 tablespoons | 45ml | Soy sauce |
| 2 tablespoons | 30ml | French's prepared mustard |
| 1 teaspoon | 5ml | Garlic salt |
| 1 teaspoon | 5ml | Coarse ground black pepper |
Combine everything. Submerge steaks in it for 24 hours refrigerated and covered. Drain Well and broil as usual.
