Cucumber Relish

Recipe Ingredients

5   Cucumbers - peeled and chopped
1 1/2 lbs 681g / 24ozTomatoes - diced
2 cups 474mlFinely shredded cabbage
2   Green peppers - minced
2   Onions - minced
1 1/4 cups 296mlVinegar
1 1/2 cups 297g / 10ozSugar
2 teaspoons 10mlSalt
1 tablespoon 15mlMustard seed
1/2 tablespoon 7.5mlCelery seed

Recipe Instructions

Mix all the ingredients together very thoroughly. Pack into three 1-quart sterile jars. Chill for 36 hours before using.
