Cucumber Relish Recipe - Cooking Index
| 5 | Cucumbers - peeled and chopped | |
| 1 1/2 lbs | 681g / 24oz | Tomatoes - diced | 
| 2 cups | 474ml | Finely shredded cabbage | 
| 2 | Green peppers - minced | |
| 2 | Onions - minced | |
| 1 1/4 cups | 296ml | Vinegar | 
| 1 1/2 cups | 297g / 10oz | Sugar | 
| 2 teaspoons | 10ml | Salt | 
| 1 tablespoon | 15ml | Mustard seed | 
| 1/2 tablespoon | 7.5ml | Celery seed | 
Mix all the ingredients together very thoroughly. Pack into three 1-quart sterile jars. Chill for 36 hours before using.
