3 tablespoons | 45ml | -for beef poultry, & pork - |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Mild ground chiles - =or=- chili powder |
1 | Hungarian hot paprika | |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Coriander |
- =or=- 3 tbsp. Vegetable oil |
Combine all ingredients in a bowl.
Mash until smooth.
Makes about 1/3 cup
