Mary Nell Reck's Galveston Rub

Recipe Ingredients

		For Poultry and Pork
6		Garlic cloves - crushed
1 tablespoon	15ml	Cayenne pepper
2 tablespoons	30ml	Paprika
1 tablespoon	15ml	Lemon juice

Recipe Instructions

Combine all ingredients in a bowl.

Mash until smooth.

Makes about 1/3 cup.
