Mandarin Marinade Recipe - Cooking Index
| 1 cup | 237ml | Lemon juice |
| 1 cup | 237ml | Vegetable oil |
| 1/2 cup | 118ml | Honey |
| 1/2 cup | 118ml | Soy sauce |
| 1 tablespoon | 15ml | Ginger - ground |
| 1 teaspoon | 5ml | Minced garlic - (instant) |
| 1 teaspoon | 5ml | Salt |
| 1 teaspoon | 5ml | Basil |
| 1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Marjoram |
Combine all ingredients and mix well.
Refrigerate at least two hours to allow flavors to blend.
