London Broil/Flank Marinate

Recipe Ingredients

1		Beef consomme'
		Garlic - minced
1/2 cup	118ml	Soy sauce
1/3 cup	53g / 1.9oz	Brown sugar
		Salt/pepper
		London broil or flank steak

Recipe Instructions

This is a great way to marinate London broil/flank steak.

In a blender place marinade ingredients and blend.

Marinate meat for about 24 hours.
