Lemon Soy Marinade Recipe - Cooking Index
3 tablespoons | 45ml | Soy sauce |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Ginger - fresh, or: |
2 | Garlic clove - minced | |
1/4 cup | 59ml | Lemon juice |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Ginger - ground |
Combine, add meat and chill from 1 hour to overnight.
Make enough for about one pound of meat.
