2 teaspoons | 10ml | Fresh grated ginger root |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Sugar |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Peanut oil |
2 | Scallions - chopped | |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Crushed - dried hot red pepper |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Toasted white sesame seeds |
6 tablespoons | 90ml | Soy sauce |
Combine all ingredients in a bowl.
Makes about 1-1/2 cups.
