Korean Honey Marinade Recipe - Cooking Index
1/2 cup | 118ml | Soy sauce or dry white wine |
1/4 cup | 59ml | Honey |
2 | Green onions - chopped | |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Sesame oil |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Grated ginger root |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Garlic powder |
Combine ingredients and mix thoroughly.
Marinate fish, meat, or poultry for 1 hour or more before cooking.
Makes 1 1/3 cups.
