Honey-Hoisin Marinade

Recipe Ingredients

1/4 cup 59mlSoy sauce - low-sodium
2 tablespoons 30mlHoisin sauce
1/3 cup 78mlHoney - oriental or dark
1/4 cup 59mlTomato sauce
2 tablespoons 30mlSherry - dry
2 tablespoons 30mlRice wine vinegar
1 teaspoon 5mlFive spice powder
2   Garlic cloves - minced or pressed
2 tablespoons 30mlGinger root - grated fresh
2 tablespoons 30mlChilies - red, dried and (small) crumbled (seeds removed for less heat)

Recipe Instructions

Combine all the ingredients in a non-reactive bowl or blender.
